Join Instructor, Ann Marina for a relaxing class in Tai Chi. Tai chi is sometimes referred to as "moving meditation" where participants move their bodies slowly, gently, and with awareness, while breathing deeply.  Ann will host a Tai Chi Clinic for the last 3 weeks in July.  Join us on July 16th, 23rd, and 30th from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM.

How about a FREE DEMO class!! Ann will be teaching Tai Chi on Tueday, June 29th from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM and also on Wednesday, June 30th from 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM.

"Instructing and working in a gym facility, being in athletics and fitness most of my life, I needed a NEW challenge.  I needed something that would inspire ME to inspire OTHERS.  I found this in Figure Bodybuilding.   A close friend/colleague made me look at myself and what I wanted to accomplish at my age of 38, mother of 2 active children, and wife of 12 years.  It was time to think of myself and what I would like to accomplish at a higher level.  It had always been "what can I do for others".  It was now my time to push myself to the limits and see where it would take me.  It led me to where I am today at the Peninsula Athletic Club.  Not only am I challenged physically, but mentally.  I have to find the right balance for my family life, work, nutrition, and workouts.  For me, this is not only exciting and motivating, but I can share/teach this to others."
